I bought my MP44 in kids collection in circle C congressional for 7000. There are some left in Quiapo and Makati Cinema Square for 8600. Although some bargaining points are the following:

Loose Pin Lock (where the real version’s cartriges are supposed to eject and where the hop up is located.

No magazines in the market.

Loose Dust Cover Lock

Last Stock, and very old inventory.
