Hosted our First Game

In attendance there were about 22 people who came.
There is a real desire by our, CTO’s, allies to have more ally airsoft games. It appears there is a market for “gentlemen” play.

One thing people may need to know about CTO there is a Code of Conduct and some requirements in joining. There is a code of honor and honesty, no POLITICS, and focus on the game, learning, and having fun.

We understand we don’t play for the same reasons as others. It also seemed that we and our allies (including ww2) feel that we are not a good fit with certain teams. So we have decided to play our own private games.

I can’t share exactly what we’ve learned hosting a game; actually you will notice I cannot share tactics, techniques, manvuers, as well as other Technical data dump on my blog. what I can share is safety guidelines and making the experience better.

In a short summary, the experience of hosting gave me a lot to think about. It also gave me a ton of scenarios, simplifications, and heuristics in running a game. It aslo highlighted som gear and tools we may need in the future. I’ve begun to assemble a Hosting Game Bag. it will have props, flags and measuring/surveying tools.
