Problems to Action Flow. Communication Valuing POV

This is my POV reflecting Values of Communication. Values of Wealth, Authority and Power would have a different method of seeing problems solved. 

  1. There is a problem that starts as a “bad feeling”, 
  2. then its communicated and attempts are made to describe the problem, 
  3. verbally the problem remains as abstract ideas, 
  4. written the problem starts to gain attributes (SMART criteria) and becomes testable. 
  5. the written knowledge circulates and more people can view the problem and more data occurs as so many POV increases the understanding of the problem. 
    1. Everyone starts asking questions about why the problem doesn’t match their experience. 
    2. People improve the definition and the language used to express it. the writing’s own definitions take on more specific and nuanced meanings. 
  6. It becomes a theory – with the ability to Predict. 
  7. People Iterate the factors until a Suitable (ideally Win-Win) Prediction can occur. They coordinate Various Inputs until a suitable outcome and set or risks be accepted. 
    1. In a high Authority or Power value system its a Win-Lose. In fact the higher the power and authority the less likely to share information. 
  8. (Optional Step, but happens as we learn) Stakeholders act on the information in varying degrees because of the varying amounts of information. (where additional complications happen). 
  9. Ideally, a large amount of communication and an entire framework is set up to be able to create a Feedback loop so that a lumbering Organization can slowly gain momentum and agility to move on Information as it arises and is checked. 

I realized this is So Game-Theory/Behavioral Economics focused.
