Leaders and Accountability. Going through a lot of Leaders.

If we hold leaders to be accountable and people fear that they will run out of leaders – then let’s look at the Standards of accountability. 

With all the reactionary exaggerated and noise that out-shout legitimate concerns and reasonable standards then we should Identify over-reaching, subversive, and fallacious standards from the reasonable ones. 

Then if we use reasonable standards AND CONTEXT then people who choose to be leaders know what they are getting into. 

We will GO THROUGH A LOT OF LEADERS. That’s the human experience – There are TWO parts of our brain “How we wish to learn a Skill” and “How we actually learned as skill” and how we wish to learn a skill OVERRIDES all the memories and pain of how we actually learned a skill. We tend to forget how we actually learned unless we have a HEALTHY relationship with Failure, Accountability, Transparency, and HUMAN Limitations.

But Imagine Going through a  lot of Leaders. Leaders who KNOW what they are getting into and get to say “Nope, this is not for me.”

That we dIvorce/separate clearly the IMPOSSIBLE with the reasonable when working with Leaders – we ourselves have leadership skills because WE POSSESS THE ABILITY TO DIFFERENTIATE impossible and reasonable elements. 

the Effort of Understanding and patience to get over the NOISE and see what is real and reasonable. 

Leaders fill the role needed to get a project going – either consolidating the knowledge, creating the narrative, getting peoples trust, advocating, organizing, etc… you can have every person in a project or undertaking a leadership role in some way – filling a role that helps the group get the job done. We defer to each other when we work together – there are some things we need others to have their attention dedicated to while we focus on things for others. 

We will slowly go through the concept of a leader as an Individual to a System of individuals – as one of the critical concepts of leadership is how we actually have many different kinds of leadership and roles where we take the lead in something in a constellation of actions and events. 

We will go through a lot of Leaders only to realize that we need many DIFFERENT LEADERS and that a Team is everyone having the Initiative to move the project, undertaking, work, game, or story forward.
