Rearranging my Team to Speed up Implementation

I am trying to convince the management (which ultimately defers to my mom), that we may have shift my resources. We have begun to ramp up. Its been accepted I’ll be working from home.

The process literacy needed is high and departments are not ready to learn new techniques and changes to their processes without ON-CALL IT and Process Engineer to help them.

So i have an entry-level slot (about 260k php per year) to handle the ~2M php of Issues (about 150-250 issues, that work out to 2-3 Issues per week). That person is going to follow up stakeholders – and hopefully we can change the process that they will only do validation (because we will be using Report Templates that the Management has commanded).

Our company has a Quota in the Low Billions. a Fully fitted out Office of 1000sqm would cost about 40-200M. So my Process Engineer + Systems Administrator would hopefully implement small fixes every week. From Proof of Concept in the Sandbox to Deployment in Production – Jun, my system Admin, will lead OJTs and 2 IT support staff. Harold and OJTs and some IT support staff will create Minimum Viable Product Proceedures that will NOT MAKE PEOPLE HAPPY (people will want more complete outcomes and the rework of Iterative Life Cycle is unwelcome because of the learning cost per iteration – YET we want people to be used to this so they have real adaptive skills).

I presented to the directors that Our long Process Meetings are going to be LONG. with everyone busy with meetings, and their ideas changing its better to have someone like harold nail down whats been agreed. When thinking like “the owner” X Billion peso problem putting most of my IT resources (about +1M in salaries/year)  – in light of RAMPING UP, vs putting a 260-300k/yr resource on a 2-4M peso problem.

I realize as we ramp up PROBLEMS multiply, so I need to convince the management.
