Now that my son has a tutor (3-4pm) I can now sleep at 8pm and wake up at 5am.
I suffer from anemia, night allergies, an unusually slow heart rate, and a lot of neurosis (my BPM spikes easily under stress adding +10 to +20 my daily heartrate) I’ve realized these combination of factors makes me really terrible in oxygen altogether.
I grew up having irregular sleep because of the pollution and allergies. The bed had to be cleaned 2x per week with a vacuum and change of sheets. All the windows were closed (we are near a major road). I take antihistamines and a lot of melatonin. and now the missing piece: Sleeping Early. I was able to EightD (unfortunately its mental documentation not written) it all to my conditions and their complex interactions creating my Personality. That SLEEP is a factor that if I changed will net a high improvement in Quality of Life.
Before we had to tutor our son at 9-11pm but he had to wake up at 5am for school (On average that was 5 hours of sleep, although the maid took care of everything that early in the morning I’m such a light sleeper my sleep quality deteriorated. Which of course interrupted us who needed to wake up at 7am. So it was key that we all woke up at around the time his awake because once he was being tutored at 3-4. It was important that I DONT TAKE ANY WORK HOME as well.
Its OK to be Work Crazy first thing in the morning. But it wasnt Taking it home.
Still we sleep at around 10pm (by Fitibit’s detection) and the earliest is 9:45. I notice I have 10-20% Interruptions in my sleep (again fitbit) and I’ve determined:
- Every Hour of lost sleep to me is like a regular person without my Condition losing 1.5-2x the amount of time.
- 5 hours of sleep (by Fitbit) means I’m a deteriorating condition. Can’t work out and my heart rate is weird and palpitating. This is actually 6 hours in all.
- 6 hours of sleep is Break even.This is actually 7 hours in all.
- 7 hours of sleep is Recovering. This is around 8.5 hours in all.
My Goal was at 5am to 10am I could finish all my Chinese, Exercise, and Studies (like my CCNA exercises). Then proceed to work without thinking of them. At around this time I’m at Peak and going down in performance. While at 5am, as a SLow Riser, 5am is muddle thoughts until 10am to 3pm, then I have a mental performance that switches to more and more Conditioned Responses and “Muscle Memory” of Note Taking, Active Listening, and Clarifications. Muscle memory of UNDERSTANDING and documenting is pretty powerful as habits go and this is one of my Key lessons to the staff of what we do when we cannot be 100% throughout the day.
We’re lucky we are getting Tutoring at the cost we are getting given that its the Central business District.
This weekend was Spent Obsessing about Google Apps Script when I figured out how to make a Random Number appear beside the Google Forms entry!
- It began with Getting Ashton’s Fei’s script to Work. 2 hours.
- then after Trial and Error of which script affected where the Random Number appeared. 2 hours.
- Then studying the Learn Google Sheets Google Sheets apps script. Which made what I discovered make sense.
You can imagine my brain running this and the other side of my Brain going: Here is what I should make for the CCNA exercises…
My Chinese needs a Kick in the Butt and I need to listen to Chinese Conversations more and Practice the Training System: Slower and SLOWER Downloaded Fluent U and listening to the basic conversations. I understand the words IF I CAN DISTINGUISH THEM lolz
