When I’m alone in the car I talk to myself and record it. I cannot be alone with my thoughts or I go upset.
So now I decided what ever happens at work, will be made into a constructive article of how did something wrong and how one should learn from it. As well as everything that went wrong during the meeting and work – BUT it will be done as a Discussion of Behaviors, Standard Problems /anti-patterns, and how they manifest in normal Operating Environments.
I want to Publish My Content Eventually in the Company Website itself or In Linked In.

How do I RANT but Not Rant. How do I become Constructive? How do I talk about problems without making someone “LOSE FACE” – and neutering our ability to TALK about problems.
I like talking about PROBLEMS, I like pointing out how many ways something can fail, what is the best precautions should be, what are our competing constraints, I want to have a powerful mental muscle in breaking a problem down and work it out.
I dont want to ignore it, delude myself or others about it, fudge the numbers and data, spinit or layer it with so much Politeness its obfuscates Facts.
