Clarifying Criteria, Next Action Muscle, Know their Challenges, and Middle Ground

Poor Sleep

my dread when i wake up too early and my subconscious was not able to process all the problems of yesterday mainfests in the psychic wounds being fresh and unhealed. Forgetting removes the emotional attachment to a slight or being subject to the wrong doing. Written notes – maintains the factuality something wrong was done. and gives basis for action. Written wrongs is being able to keep wrongs in armslength.

  1. Switching to 25mg of diphenhydramine from 50mg.
  2. Scheduling a visit to the sleep doctor on Sat 5.

Clarifying Criteria.

Does it Clarify? What if you just sorted data and options by how much it clarified your objectives FIRST? Proceed to use this to sort people, options, and factors. Proceed to use this criteria as to what to volunteer or advice.
Problem is that it – People will tend to simplify and reduce their appetite for uncertainty and unknown. The best use of this criteria is when we have Documentation or an Ability to hold a lot of Data.

I stumbled onto this Criteria because > AMBIGUITY TO NEXT ACTION is a constant problem that needs to honed and conditioned into a powerful and precise muscle. 90% of what I’m juggling is in AMBIGUITY – no Clear NEXT ACTION. I find myself being the one who has to sound like a Old Processor CLARIFYING every 2-5minutes of discussion into “WHAT IS OUR NEXT ACTION”.

NEXT ACTION Muscle

Once the next action Muscle has been honed, the next will be measuring WORK. Now we ASK how much NEXT ACTIONS can we handle (at first) the given amount of Time I’m able to manage (to more advance levels to Greater or Smaller scales of Time).

You know that Person’s Problems

A simple criteria I’ve stumbled on is that – Do I know that persons challenges? Eliminating the LAZY deduction/induction of assuming that person is LAZY or doesn’t want to do it for some un-empathic reasoning. Do we know what prevents this person from doing what will better their condition?

The Shared WIN or WIN-WIN situation is a given constant constraint, the formulation of Tasks and Goals is an Exercise of Imagination and Creativity. So assuming that we’ve formulated a task that serves the best interest of the team or person – we now ask if DO We KNOW ALL THEIR CHALLENGES? (sorry for saying again) – I ask this again and again, when I draw up a task list with a person under me or a peer who needs to achieve an organizational goal. DO WE KNOW.

DO WE KNOW – is it real? have I touched that challenge, encountered it, experienced it – cause if its real – real problems have this very very interesting quality of being detail oriented that let small things grind us to a halt. Details that jam the LARGE GEARS of work, minds, and organizations.

Cleaning or Working in eliminating those small – but TANGIBLE challenges is a tangible exercise itself. You will notice – Rarely can I delegate a task – because of the lack of Process mastery – problems happen and no one bothers to correct or adjust the system. There is a little detail caught in the Gears and they Step on the GAS and break the damn engine  (ruining it more and more).

I’m always for explicit instructions, as well as planning factoring the persons constraints – be it my own or the person who is executing. I’ve become very agnostic of the existence of Common Sense, instead I’m more for Humanistic Design and Adaptive Processes.

Middle Ground.

I notice we are not good with middle grounds unless we can Detatch it from ourselves yet have it around as reference – ANOTHER REASON WHY I WRITE IT DOWN. I often find myself WANTING DESPERATELY to write down the arguments and the reasons. Because everyone is holding on it so tightly that they have no room for IMAGINATION.

No room for Imagination. think of that, we are unable to empathize and be able to find middle grounds, Win-Win, or Shared Wins because we leave no room for Imagination.

Of course my biggest Challenge is People With No Patience to let me write it downs or Read the reports.

Ability to Identify Discrete Elements of Basic Human Functions.

Lately I’m horrified how my brain works. The only way I can tell a measurement is correct is by visually checking against the tape measure I always carry. Knowing my eyes tend to have minor illusory problems I’m horrified that visual inspection is so fallible and imprecise.
But sometimes thats good enough and after being able to Identify the discrete elements of any simple process I’m able to better compare each elements and where something went wrong.
