Task clutter

#TIR better habits replace existing habits. We don’t just add habits, we look at how we do things and make improvements. Simply adding will make us lose time and focus on what we are trying to achieve.
This is also true in work, where we just add duties and task. We choose tasks that achieve our goals, we do not just keep adding tasks after task without thought of the scarcity of time, attention, and effort.
Before adding another duty or task, check what one already is doing and assess the proposed actions and existing as compared to the goals or role.
Its easy to just keep adding tasks instead of making the assessment.
