this is my first agent built app that all the functional requirements have been completed. It took me about 5 hours – and 10USD in kimi2.5 and Claude pro checking the project requirements dociment and updating the project notes of errors and lessons learned.

Methodology.

PRD creation – starting with the objectives and limitations of the scope. I wanted a very simple entry level to Spaced Repetition and Active Recall – not to overwhelm people who are intimidated with the ANKI lifesyle.

Then we create the Functional Requirements – these are a number of functions the sytem had to create for it to work. So working with multiple AIs – kimi, claude, and gemini 3.1 its possible to work with all 3 to inform myself of key principles. Many new learnings happened that i instantly forgot but need to put into a deck for embedding into my memory. Particularly the architectural approach to app creation. some things had to be basic and underlying that the AI would correct me and it moved it up the as basics. The more fundamental it is the more sequential each step is, as we finally create the platform we can have Parallel systems (where the dependencies are not each other).

I will have to build apps this way 2-3 more times so that I have a basic understanding. Then there is the different architectures i have to learn: Frappe’s and Only Office (since we will be customizing Only office *to ensure all our Accounting and Backoffice has all the tools in Only office )
The key is the Project Requirements Doc, the Project Notes (where all the Errors and Corrective actions are), System Prompts, Ralph Wiggum protocol and Development Proficiency (An Anki Deck of my lessons learned and things discovered I need to understand to deepen myunderstanding of Development; Including all the different Architectures and Structures )

So

* By april Frappe Erpnext will replace our Accounting system – and then We hope to replace our old Windows PCs with Linux and I will try to build a team from scratch who are skilled in customizing Only Office to migrate companies from windows. We will make custom apps to make any company leave windows for Open Source. We hope to find work and campaigns (multi month biz contracts to provide these kind of support)
