There are a lot of exercises that doesnt need gym equipment that can help me. I really don’t need special targeted muscle build up, because the range of activities I hope to excell in don’t need a lot of power.
So I’ve downloaded the youtube videos of Mike Chang, those focusing in Core, Cardio, back and leg strength. I would like my arms bigger, but that is the least of my priorities. In the end I want a strong back, knees, and a good endurance for Airsoft.
We have a gym in the condo but again, I can do all those work outs here and with less prep time. Less barriers and preparation means less excuses for me to avoid working out. I’m 178 and need to get to 155-160lbs.
