First time in Camp Masada

First time at Camp Masada. I think I’ll play here again when it is drier. It was really muddy, but still a great place to play.

My main problem with the site and the area in general is that the area has a lot of garbage disposal areas. So if your Dengue conscious (I’ve been hospitalized repeatedly due to mosquito bites) then I guess this is not really the best for you.

Otherwise the Site Manager is very vigilant, and surprisingly a woman.

A new Stapple supply, on that almost got wipped out was the XXL Garbage Can Plastic Bags. I got the idea from the many times I muddied my car and how our Construction Guys at the company I work in partition areas that are being worked on. They basically cut up these bags into plastic sheeting to cover the area. In this case, covering the car seats and floors.

Mud is Bad, especially when you live in a condo and there is no place to wash your muddy boots. You can damage the drains in the condo with the gritt. So mud is bad.

Because of the Humidity, I’ve begun carrying a Wire mesh visor. Its really terrible.

Our Toy Radios, are old and mine seem like the batteries are damaged. I will move to disposable, but first I should budget how much I will be losing per day of use.

Oh yeah Tru-spec Multi-Cam, the kind that needs to be washed by Baby Detergent, Cycles, so that it won’t lose its special properties 😛 Thanks MIKE!

Also its a friends first game after buying his stuff since 2008! Congrats are in order, and hope he can join us in future games. Its the work out building to the week end games that really makes that fat become muscle.

The guys are going Multi-Cam and there are Knock offs that cost 1,200php. So we are excited that we will all be camo-coordinated. Because of how special the Tru-spec is, we will be using the China Knock-offs to keep it in the best condition for major game events.

Hello Sir! Newbie here, and nice blog. Hope to play in Masada soon, whether together or OpFor. Hehe. I'm also quite startled that your predictions of airsoft prices going up have become true. It's really expensive nowadays, and if things go the way you say it might, maybe there won't be any airsoft scene over the next 5 years. Hope it doesn't get to that point. 🙂

Anyway sir, just wanted to ask, where can I buy cheap camos, specifically the multicam that's worth 1200? Last time I went to Manang Luming's, the only greenish pattern there was Tiger and Digital Jungle, and it was around 1350. And also, where do you think I can buy a good full metal JG 416?

I appreciate it if you could reply, I'm kinda stumped and finding it hard to ask in FAS. 🙂

Thanks Luigi for Visiting my blog,
as to your question I've been told that across Manang Luming (we don't know where exactly) is another BDU supplier that sells at the same price and has more variation to his BDU. As for Paying 1350 for the BDU, you can tell Lito I sent you 😛 and your a friend of CTO. I think that will bring it to 1300 or 1250php. Sorry my 1200 price was 2010 last I used it.

A good full metal JG HK416 is available at TUKS and I've seen one in TLP bunker but because its metal it costs around 9000php. I have one, but I bought it for a friend at a friend's price (below market value). I have to point out its HEAVY around 6lbs. Heavier while being of a cheap alloy makes it fragile, a all plastic M4 at 5500 or 5000 if you are a good haggler, is more durable because its less than 4lbs. At 9000-9600 you can afford a M4A1 with upgrades. I admit vanity pays a considerable part getting into this hobby 🙂 but +4000 for a metal body is not worth it. I stopped using my HK416, I admit it looked really good, when even my JG 0512MG Ak tactical was still lighter and carried 600 rounds per mag, it was time to change gun.

typical reinforcement mod; if you spent on this in lieu of the HK416.
500php service, Php400 bushings, Php100 shimms, Hop up Rubber 250php, Gun appropriate Nozzle Php250, Piston 750php, Tight Heavy Brass tight barrel for M4A1 1000 = 3250 (ask for a discount; probably bet ~150 off). Get some mags

*airnozzles are a big deal once you can appreciate it with some smithing.
