My Ideal Sched

My Ideal Sched
I'm very aware this is unlikely, but on auto pilot this is what I'll work towards. this is an ideal of 9.5 productive hours. The highest quality, morning hours, devoted to planning and reflection. When I'm moving to later and later, progressively lower value/ mental complexity/ mental resources needed.

Wake up and morning tasks 6am-6:50
-spend an hour with emails and write backs and follow up. 6am is when shift is near ending, enough time to have things resolve.

Gym/swimming 7am-7:50
– if I swim in grid I'd morning waters I can maintain a high heart rate for a long period. Low stress on ankles and knees. Also it works on my physical aesthetic.developing shoulders make a belly like mine look smaller faster than dieting. Bath in the locker and done.
-if I jog on the treadmill, I can write, listen, and a smaller logistical endeavor.
-target is to work towards high bpm sustainable to up to 45mins. An increase oof energy reserve per day is what I have experienced in the past, so much so that don't know what to do with it. Now I know… So many projects -12ish hour workdays.

Breakfast and Reflection 8-11:30
– I walk around the area and find a nice place to write, think and eat by myself. This should count as work because planning occurs here. I'm also on call and doing some remote work.

Makati Office 12pm-2:50pm (
– an empty office because of lunch break and time to set up.
– sign documents and update my boss on stuff, present my reports

Leave for ASI Libis 3pm (best to be out on the road before 4pm)
– 2-4pm is my window where traffic is only 45mins on average (30 with speedy driving)

ASI 4pm-7:50pm
– catch up with facilities, appdev, and prep stuff before shift begins.
– prep for when people come in by 9pm
– talk to the OJts and find out more about the schools and find out how best to train.
– special projects

Snack 8-8:50pm

ASI shift start huddle with my departments 9-9:20pm

ASI micro-managing, meetings, and calls 9:30-11:30pm

Leave for home 12

Home by 12:30am
– 10pm to 5am is the low traffic window in Eastwood.

Family time 12:45-1:30am

Sleep 1:45am-6am

Tinkering and studying is done in the early AM of Saturday and Sunday.
Hopefully I get fit enough that I can sleep less and have a higher endurance. I don't know if higher endurance will bolster attention control or will extend quality productive hours. Will see.
