Game in the Brain

it takes me about 5 mins to work with my reference document system (finding the right set of notes in the right set list).
2 mins for a quick search online, or to scan or note something down.
10-15 to plan and execute a series of search or inquiries. with a mediocre chance of success.
10-30sec to throw something in my reading /listening back log.
I can lose hours writing, clarifying, and add supporting documentation. Which is why I hate Open Ended Report parameters or the lack of KPI conventions (what KPI do you need to make the effing decision).
When I see how long each search attempt eats up my time  and organizing making a report its better to spend my time organizing the processflow of just capturing a less than 2 min note on a checklist of details.
again Convention of KPIs (agreed upon KPIs).
Post like this which is basically me thinking about a problem and running through the elements takes about 8-15mins lolz.
