So many wrong things with Nagging

I hate Random, Sporadic, Follow up methodology of getting tasks done AKA THE NAGGING METHOD. It tends to make people FILTER out distractions OR make people live in constant distracted state unable to focus and do deep work.
It has maybe 10,000 words to describe how terrible it is and how it brings a company or person towards entropy (lolz I make it sound like it causes all the problems in the world).

STABILITY – strangely means so many things, it also means order – which means creating a Place to put Tasks/Actions, as well as Issues and Information that needs to be converted into an Actionable form. (here is the jump) You can’t have stability unless you have Ritual – the ritual of putting shit into order. Maddening Chaos is CUT DOWN by mindless ordering Ritual – because if we peek into the Chaos we may get distracted and overwhelmed by the amount of work we need to do lolz. The foundations of Lean is in Stability.*

Thats some 孔子 shit magic wizardry right there lolz.

Ritual is discussed in the Analects is what sets things in order. It is what is done when things are in chaos or tragedy. It strangely right for the wrong reasons – putting to order is hard when emotion gets in the way – managing it is easier when we are occupied by something constructive (debatable).

As a Parent and someone with the authority trythmso align things in a company – I need to be more consistent, create stability, and find and create rhythms and processes that I can share and build into an environment.

BUT *goddamnit* its hard – I talk the big game but I depend on the Internet to keep all my key Task and Responsibilities. How do i interface with the shitty internet that is in our plant. :((

*so in the Diagram of Lean Manufacturing Stability is drawn as the foundations. Does that count as literally or practically?
