Using the Lenovo Tab 4 10.1″ as a Second Monitor for My Laptop

First get the Free Version https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.splashtop.xdisplay.wired.free&hl=en
Turn on Debugging Mode.

Connect the Android Tablet (in my case its the Lenovo Tab 4 10.1 Android 7 ) to the PC (using the cable it came with).
Installed https://www.splashtop.com/wiredxdisplay in my Laptop
After Installing both in windows and in my android device, turn on the Splashtop app.
Swipe right to agree to terms and conditions.
After the Laptop and Tablet detect each other, it will start working
To disconnect use the Safely Remove Devices and Turn off the App running in the Background.
