Health and studying

For me to study I need to wake up at around 5am, it seems.
For me to wake up at 5am and not get sick I need to be in bed by 8pm.
For me to be in bed by 8pm I need to check my son’s homework, have dinner, and get updates from him. So about 7 is sustainable.
Every hour later makes me sicker or makes me more late.

To be in the office by 9am I need to have 1 hour of getting ready for work.
Before that I need 30mins to 1 hour to exercise.
Before that I need 2 hours to study Chinese.
I need to make time for CAPM and HSK 2. I need 1 hour for capm.
If I’m not studying Im making study material.
