Game in the Brain

Right now If I wanted to do the analysis I would have to get all the data myself, put them into spreadsheets, and then clean it up, and possibly update them over and over. Because of the compromises only I and my team can understand the data. (It will take me about 1 day to prepare the QUE of work and manage such a team per week). Although right now I cannot justify such an expense. I think i can figure out our problems from Accounting data – I don’t need to know how deep in the weeds we are in the problem, I need to take many experimental opportunities to figure out a way to get us out of our problems. I believe a SMARTER person than me has a Stronger RIGOR of logic and can extrapolate more Knowledge from Less Data drawing from the Physics of how organizations and problems work (Antipatterns). 

To make it more Visual and Accessible I expect it to take 2-3 people Industrial Engineering and IT and a biz management grad to do (0 years of experience, 4 weeks for me to train in the basics), and take days and hours to do. They would collect data from 4-7 departments and accounting and allow me to find correlations – right now I can only work with Accounting data and extrapolate.

I know about Robotic Process Automation and the 2M pesos price tag (40,000usd a year, with a 100k USD investment) and the salaries above would be about 790k PHP at level one inclusive of PCs and Overhead costs or 15k Usd a year. 

I expect an AI, or an Intellect AI, can do what team can do – Data handling – the tedious and manual collection, cleaning, and management of data. 

If you ask me what an Intellect or Agent program does – having personally dug up and tried (and failed) to make spreadsheets for our ordering and warehousing I can say what exactly I need them to be doing and how the Output becomes my Input to serve my goals. 

What will happen is I will be able to break down the Problem, Visualize the MODEL of the problem, use it to Predict to Prove and Disprove the Theory of the problem, and more importantly Help me VISUALIZE it with stakeholders in a manner that engages them. They see the problem and how it affects THEM! 

An Intellect Program would help me BUILD a Dashboard, like the NODES in Blender, Connect Outputs to Inputs and Visualize everything Effects each other. Finding Correlations and looking for Causation and Proof would be so much easier.
