I’m the type of person who can consume the Claude Premium ($100 USD per month) with the projects I do alone. – This isn’t even brute forcing – I will build a script to automate most of the task, which I can systematize (I will conserve my claude tokens, and I will defer mostly to the Kimi, Deepseek, and OpenCode accounts).
But the amount of research, planning, and experiments I can do will burn through so many tokens. I dont even build that much; just small Proof of Concept Experiments and scripts that will simulate and test out the problem. But the thing about it is – I know how this planning should go and how the team should approach the problem. I can delegate the research because R&D while I am proficient is not my main thing – the R&D augments my Solutions and Executive Direction – I know what the Industry needs and differentiation – how Comfac can approach it with its strengths very competitively.
My job as COO is to ensure resources, authorization, and sales pipelines are secured (and technical visits, strong warm calls, and communications are executed).
I can teach and train analysts, researchers, and compliance and audit personnel. I can train these personnel in 4-6 months – my team can produce devs, network, and system admins in roughly the same time. We can even produce the Business Admin – Finance Analysts that are trained in ERpnext, Accounting Sytems, Industry, Economics, and Marketing Analysis. We can sustainably produce the necessary manpower – but this is only feasible if I get enough Sales Pipeline for the expertise.
My problem is Training the Marketing and Analysis to optimize the Lead Generation and the Warm Comms*
Warm Comms. Instead of cold calls, we send an email or message in the proper channels – with a strong hook generated by our Marketing and Research Analysts (Iggy, who has an economics background – whom we are training to have industry analysis capabilities, able to pinpoint a major cost problem that the industry faces and how we can solve it. Our differentiated Ops System Analysis and financial and economic industry analysis set us apart). With the Marketing Assistants – We know the pain point of the organization and how to prove its cost impact and create a proof of concept, and the Marketing Assistants will express this well and equip the Sales and Technical to echo this prepared message and responses and pivots. Unlike the cold comms I receive – we understand the friction decision makers have, and what makes for a compelling argument for resources and solutions for their owners. We don’t do this in isolation; we do it at scale and with the science of large numbers. We’re able to produce Warm Comms at such a scale with AI and various tools. We leverage our strong AI proficiency, ISO QMS/TQM Ops Cost Analysis, and offer something everyone else doesn’t – my perspective as the Chief Information Security Officer, Data Protection Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Management Representative to ISO 9001, 14,001, 45,001, 14,064, and as a PMBOK exam passer, and as a Netgate Pfsense Fundamentals certified professional.
SEO Optimization. A ticket to my AI researcher and interns is the SEO optimization system. Webscraping daily results of searches (possibly using Searx) of the top key words and scraping websites to see their metrics in a visual report for marketing and research analysis. Our website needs to be constantly updated (2 times a week, meaningfully optimized with content) – which for someone like me who writes constantly has no problem always generating. Facebook is a liability because it’s easily accessible, and the entire Facebook support system is behind AI, making it impossible to contact anyone directly; instead, a bot can flag content violations since there is no human reviewer. Facebook is a liability. We have to move to Websites even the flawed Google Search engine is still better.
Website Optimization. The team is migrating to a static website they will build with their MCP tools, instead of WordPress. This is popular and more powerful, because we can back it up and easily deploy it (WordPress has paywalls for backup). It also allows us to better protect our systems – of course the Website team has to make sure there is a GUI with many safeguards for our team to add Blog Posts, Pages, and Consolidate the Wiki.
Maybe it’s better to also leave MediaWIKI – because the internet is moving to Vector DBs – and our wiki will be vector dbs – with human-readable layers and AI-readable layers that are token-optimized.
The website is going to change, and be better SEO-optimized – AI has just made SEO businesses mostly obsolete. And now we’re catering to AI scrapers – optimizing it for the AI to recommend this company. Humans are secondary – as this only enters the picture if we convince the AI to check us out first. And of course, the human element – this is why we have GSM gateways to allow someone to surely check (which we will need to filter with a dialer and AI – as the Philippines will begin to suffer from AI call spams that will overload our system).
Of course, everyone needs Claude and MCP systems in this era, which adds around 1,500 PHP per month or 18,000 PHP to their annual cost. Note: Getting my tokens from a 350W GPU adds about 900 PHP per month to the cost. Assuming the following: 52 weeks a year, 5 days of work per week, divided by 12 months x 10-hour days – at 0.35 KWh of GPU usage. Of course, that’s unlimited tokens unlike the limited tokens per month of Claude and Gemini.
