The wiki is getting more detailed. Most useful for our Students will be – https://wiki.gi7b.org/index.php/Claude_Code_Isolation_and_Burner_Workflow_260211 and the findings are very intersting.
Example would be that qwen 2.5 3B CODER works but under certain conditions. It can generate the test scripts I can’t find them. My Isolation workflow for Claude is not working for OpenCODE where by opencode should only limit itself to the Agent Coding Directory and never touch anything outside of that.
Discovered Git MediaWIki where I keep a local copy of my Wiki which makes it easy for OpenCODE to edit and push up. https://wiki.gi7b.org/index.php/Git-Mediawiki_Local_Editing_260223
Most importantly the Research Im doing reverse engineering things by spending tokens detailing the way the Github Project works and how the app works and creating a way for people to test if their understanding works.
Example where by we breakdown Pi Hole and various Github projects https://wiki.gi7b.org/index.php/Pi-hole_Architecture making detailed wikis of how to components work and creating reverse engineering tests if we understood each component correctly. That includes Webshop, and More importantly https://github.com/xunema/libreoffice-calc-numbers-to-words the barrier for creating Extensions for Libreoffice is JUST SO HIGH as compared to only office.
Basically I cannot get a Simple Number to Words Function to work. I keep getting an Err:504 and I’ve begun researching the Libreoffice Wiki. I think its buried really deeply how to make Package. The Packages I found sometimes didnt work like the Finance one for Calc https://github.com/xunema/Financials-Extension – my next leads is to see if there is a way to create a more detailed error log other than err:504.
So many Missing WIKI. Some open source projects have such a high barrier of entry like LibreOffice. I dont plan to flood OpenSource maintainers with Pull Requests. I’m happy just having my own FORK and then getting it to do what I want it to do. Eventually if Our fork’s functionality exceeds the source – i m learning Its called a “Hard Fork” or Divergent Fork.
edit: Ok found it – there is a BOT guard https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Documentation/DevGuide#:~:text=This%20manual%20describes%20how%20to,provided%20are%20written%20in%20Java. preventing bots from pulling from this and analyzing it. I get it, but anyway I have to download as many pages as I can and reconstruct it all in Gi7b wiki so that it can be used as pattern guide.
So what I foresee is that We will create the missing wiki for LibreOffice or Only office to make it as user friendly as Google Workspace and hopefully exceed it. We will make modifications that will make it easy to Migrate from MS office 2010 or those ancient spreadsheets functional in LibreOffice. Ideally our team can craft a MVP of changes to move the migration in 2 weeks and keep sustaining it for a number of Transitioning Users. The Wiki and Tools we will make to be able to BUILD extensions and macros hopefully becomes extensive. And what will pay for it all is the arbitrage – the COST of Window 11 and the upgrades vs our team making Extensions to make LibreOffice good enough for the migrating company.
