I dont bother remembering commands, I just ask the AI or MM (matrix model) what it is. It cant be helped so much more productivity is asked of me – I know I’m burning out. I should be working out at least 5x a week now its almost 2x, from what used to be everyday. I am doing damage to my body.

My mom just said “Why dont you get Data Center certification.” I’m already studying CISSP and so many other things, the reason behind it was because the lack of trust in some employees. I can only maintain so many Certifications and do my job as PMBOK, Netgate Certified, COO, R&D, MR, Teacher, Mediator, etc… and then there are the Open Source Projects that rejuvenate me and my own Science Projects that I want to pursue to maintain some working proficiency of the sciences.

I wont get a data center certification – asking me to take on more certification just undermines all the work I do to maintain a certification. Everyone has 1 or 2 certifications and I’ve gotten 8+ for the company. The family gets a HUGE discount with me getting the certification, geting the Chief Information Security Officer, Data Protection Officer, etc… Why is it that it just keeps being me and yet when I talk about problems i always lack credibility. Its like my loyalty and being the son who took over the business is almost never enough.

I always have to prove something and while I try to make an environment that doest have this kind of Toxic obsession.

My son has my traits – that righteous anger and the evils of the world and hopefully has the stats to be both excell physically and mentaly – but with the mentorship I could give that i didnt get from my parents. My staff knows I spend an amount of time with my kids – their generation would want out of their own familys and I work to ensure they will have that future with the projects and undertaking we have.

Altruistic Self Interest. I dont burn out my staff because they are much more productive in the long term. It is a small cost to cover for them, when they cover for me. I want a team who can say “we’ve got your back” when we take leaves or vacations. I make sure everyone knows I cover for them and they cover for each other. Our automation is so that we can have the ability to have 1 person run 400 PCs – and ansible and isolated-agents repair problems.

FreeCAD OR Blender-CAD is going to be BIG, i mean very big. When you have tens of thousands of people using agents – creating mods for Open Source CAD expect the ability to Virtually Test and Iterate Hardware to get much faster and faster. Expect our Team to be one of the first to have Engineers Paired with Devs to automate their workflow and tediuom – Designing and Drawing whole buildings tens of thousands of square meters in a day. Using GODOT to proof a buildings design with Game Physics – with Crowd Simulations and EarthQuakes and Storms. Expect Game Designer Wanna-bes like myself who had to get “A real Job” apply our dreams in Industrial Real world scenarios. We weren’t smart and charming enough to get people to buy our games and content – but we applied the same principles o Procedurally generate designs and TEST these designs with Simulations.

I remember when I used to teach friends how to draw – it was just a collections of techniques – procedures – just see and get the stroke right. When I watched Speed modeling and how he mental workflow operated. Now it will be Procedural Systems that will build.
