as much as possible the house is Pannelized Prefabricated to have a lower GHG footprint and faster and cheaper to transport the materials – plus its flexible for earth quake resistance.
The design can carry over to Housing Developments –
1st Floor – Pilotis level with Steel Pillars and beams. Parking, Gray water recycling, and flexibility for earthquakes. it can have underground treatment and accessible to waste collection.
Ground cooled HVAC or ground Heatsinks aka Earth-to-Air Heat Exchangers (EAHE) has HVAC systems that pull cool air as war air escapes.
At this level – there is a networking system that allows multiple ISPs to sell their internet to the households.
2nd Floor – Common Area. Slatted walls to manage light and heat, and allow circulation. outdoor furniture, allows guests and large community gatherings.
Hot vents channel warm air to the Air Chimneys – pulling Cooler air from the ground cooling systems.
Common area includes Storage for spare parts and tools, and maintenance and security office. Centralized security like that of a town home setup.
3rd to 4th floor – Private Housing of about +100sqm to allow +5 family plus household help.
