 So its May 15 and I’m deep into Stable Diffusion, Pfsense VLANs, NextCLoud. I came from Fearing AI the other week to accepting it. Most particularly the realization that the companies who plan to cut manpower instead of leveling up their personnel in light of AI. I am slowly grasping the cost of making people able to do more with LLM (Aka AI)

Paradox of the AI Job Apocalypse.

Companies that are hoarding wealth and looking out for the short term are going to cut jobs and replace people with AI – TO MAINTAIN A STATUS QUO. While others who empower all their employees with AI and use it to ADAPT and change their business to the new paradigm will transform in an Altered World.

The world has changed due to AI, and thinking in terms of the status quo should be reserved for Assumption Analysis; what we WILL BECOME is now the new paradigm. It has altered the landscape forever, and the mindset of Cutting instead of GROWING is in the memos, the talk in the office, and the forecast.

The people who are in power thinking of the Status Quo dont realize that an era has ended. MSMEs with AI to enhance organizational AGILITY now exist – AI helping the MAKER movement – and People who will manage multiple AI services to create TURNKEY SOLUTIONS are the new normal. The IT that empowers all these people have a future where they won’t fear for their own obsolescence.

A market can go to the GIANTS for their services or will they go to the LEANER AGILE peers who are hungrier and more adaptable. They wont have layers of an organization to give them excuses to the customer, the AI solutions cut all that red tape, and allow a much smaller Organization to punch well above their weight class.

Do your job with the force multiplier of AI and compete against huge slower cumbersome organizations who have leaders looking out for only themselves and not their employees. Show that this is the new future and they are the ones obsolete. 

AI in Project Management

AI integration in Project Management – one of the lowest hanging fruit is the Minutes and converting Ideas to Actions. (The other opportunity is Quotations and Proposals being updated in 10-30x the velocity, as I had to make simple plans stretch for a Year because vendors take 15-45 days to give me a quote, conditions have already changed to necessity another quote)

FUTO’s apps in Transcription and Text to Speech – combined with a locally controlled AI LLM would be one of the key accelerators in Project Management – the document-intensive people are one in a hundred – making them essential but the bottlenecks of an organization. The AI taking over this duty so that projects states: progress and problems can be more quickly acted on would be key accelerators.

I am one of the key documenters in our company – now I will focus on a HIGHER LEVEL TASK: creating Prompts and Tokens to cater the information to various groups – the AI will communicate in the Style and Preferences of the stakeholders of all levels.

Gone are the having to re-explain problems and actions 3 to 10 times, an AI will explain based on fragmented perceptions and preferences of all the different stakeholders. As someone who has years of experience documenting and planning – my job is now using the AI to convert massive amounts of communications into human actionable narratives.

The Knowledge I will manage I will prepare for our domain expert Chat Bots who will handle various stakeholders. People who want to do higher-level work – to make companies perform actions at x3 to x5 their normal speed – will need Knowledge managers setting up these chatbots to guide every stakeholder to the organization’s goals.

Gone are really messy threads of useless passing the responsibilities of action back and forth and the ambiguity of cost and time. Knowledge Managers and the chatbots guide the humans and give structured feedback for analysis so that the chatbots can cascade a Systemic Plan and its contingencies.

The evolution of Document Controllers to Knowledge Managers and Knowlege Managers controlling chatbots that collect information tirelessly for human organization and contextualization.

Seeing how AI can help with Data Throughput of Project Management

I can handle 3 projects at a Time.

Now lets see if The Students and Staff have AI to help them do all the troubleshooting, ideating and research can remark significant progress by themselves now that AI is helping them. Can I handle 2-3x as much projects if the student and staff can report their progress, identify the Problems and form a problem statement, have the ai help write the Action Items, and summarize the problems and solutions to accomplish the deliverable?

If this is TRUE – that the bottleneck of Thinking, Research, and Communication is what prevents me from handling more projects than AI should allow having 6 to 9 projects now.

And of course, I will encounter the problems someone who is implementing something will encounter that an armchair expert doesn’t. And any solution I can create will scale as the prompts, tokens, and techniques can be summarized by the AI for all the other students and staff and Their techniques and discoveries accelerate my own techniques.

Action Economy – in TRPGs this is the Problem model of how a Force can be Overwhelmed by a smaller Agile force. When the smaller force can perform More Actions than the larger forces because of their Agility when the Larger force has an internal transaction cost that accumulates more than the more agile force.

The bottleneck of the industry is the Ideation – and ability to speed up working from Concepts to Planned Renders. mastering the Prompts is mastering the styles language of the industry.

With AI integrated our Designers would learn to master the key prompts and models needed to create a Design – augmenting their 3d and Architectural expertise.
