Developing country barriers – buying and making Time

My thesis is that in a Developing Country we are unable to use money to buy Time. When we use more manual processes, do not have the tools and services to prepare food and home , we pay for all of these with TIME.

Time is what I gain when my PC performs x3 better than everyone elses and thus I get more jobs done. Its what I gain when it has almost no loading time and no time for me to get distracted or wonder if its broken.
Time is what I get when I have a maid who can take care of the house, food, and help with the kids.
whats so POWERFUL with TIME is that I can make more money given Time. I can convert every experience and skill to Valuable Output with TIME.
my 1 hour can generate X amount, but another person has to SPEND that 1 hour in Travel. When we return to 3-4 hour Commutes to WORK, we are forcing people to sacrifice TIME and OPPORTUNITY instead of telecommuting.
When we buy stuff that JUST PLAIN WORKS or buy a SERVICE that makes things just plain WORK (Like repair and open source implementation) this is time we gain.
When we live with our relatives, parents, and use their transpo for commuting, we have to return the favor. we have to spend time to return the the time or money we would have saved.
Time and DEEPWORK. the amount of complexity I can perform increases with more unbroken TIME. Sitting to write for 8-10 hours straight is VERY DIFFERENT when I write 0.5-1.5 hours a day for a week. This is true for Analysis, Repairing things, Troublehshooting things.
In light of some countries losing some rights, regressing their development I realize this is True in the reverse. When society limits the ability to make win win arrangements.
