The temptation to Exagerate: Why I’m waiting for feedback with great tension.

i’m in a problematic system:
1 have a cost benefit analysis – the unnecessary over time because we have no Biometric/Time keeping devices on work sites amounting to 24,000usd of OT per month. Equal to 70% basic rate.* (100 employees at about 400usd per month on average)

2. My Cost analysis is from shoddy data because only just now we are updating our Accounting Software systems, (started 2018 slowly as I had to make up a lot of Cost Benefit Analysis because we had no data – chicken and the egg of Cost Benefit Analysis when I have no data).

3. I can rush people to a decisions, that’s why I work even past workhours and my study leave to make the analysis so they can have the DATA asap. I make it LITE and if they Want More Data I can give them more but Try not to Overwhelm them.

4. But they cannot prioritize the “Cover letter” of my proposal because 2 pieces of paper doesn’t look important.

I don’t want to use Leading Questions or Any other FRAMING effect that will BIAS the reader and prevent them from Forming their own Opinion… BUT its not getting the attention it merits. Since cashflow is king, eliminating that 24k usd of costs (even just 20% of those costs) will speed up our Flow.

*If anyone needs a WHITE paper what happens if you have no OBJECTIVE measure of Daily Time Record, where its purely subjective I present self reporting of 16 manhour days of 7 days a week. 8 are considered OT.

Still I cant EXAGGERATE the numbers, butI need someone to GIVE me feedback if my NUMBERS are realistic. Accounting thinks its REALISTIC based on their Info and I’m waiting for HR to see any flaw in my assumptions.
