30-40% of my Time studying, is my Time Planning my studies.

Currently distracted. My study material on hand deals with networking, while strategically CAPM is more relevant, and the HSK 02 Exam is something I want to also achieve. So realistically I’ll only probably able to study HSK and CAPM. I usually study the HSK in the morning before work and CAPM on the weekends and during the day as I listen to it on drives and Idle time.
Sprints are 2-3 weeks. Assuming I can find 10-15 hours at that time. I target to go through the lesson in about 2-4 hours during my free time watching the videos.
I targeted 1 hour = 2%. So I assumed 50 hours at base. That’s about 5 hours a week. But that’s the minimum, and I hope to make more time than that. About 8-12 hours per week.
I consider the 30-40% of my Time Planning as P and C of PDCA. It sounds about right that it’s going to take 30-40%. Sounds more right to be 40% given my learning rate/
I target being on my desk, writing ANKI cards for review. Prioritizing key concepts for ANKI cards.
