Studying Managerial Accounting.

I had to make time to Studying Management Accounting in order to translate the costs of the Processes, Issues, and Problems into terms other people can understand. Its not enough to know what Waste is in Quality Management Discipline – but what waste is in Accounting terms.
I’m frustrated by this because, while can probably figure this out and present the information as objectively as possible – I still have the stigma of all my past mistakes and failures.

Throwing an Art Degree holder in the Family Business without adequate preparation or coaching or mentoring. Its a hard lesson learned and you can see how its affected me by the method I communicate and prepare other people for the expectations I make for them.

Health Issues

Switching from using the Calendar to Log my Health to a GANTT chart. I realized that its hard to analyze patterns in my health with Calendar method.

I need to extract the data (will try to figure out how) and transcribe them into this GANTT chart.
I will probably have to add Categories so that I can filter by Issues since GANTT is great for tracking the following:

Books I’m reading.
My Studies.
My Stories/Task Lists.
My Chinese Studies Progress.

Work: Monitoring Systems – Being a Useless Organ.

We don’t have any and they are, at the core of the update of ISO 9001:2015 and my studies, where everything begins.

We can’t Improve if> We cant Find time to Improve
We can’t find time to Improve if > We don’t know all the things we need to do?
We need to know all of our Tasks and Responsibilities > To prioritize and buy time for Improving how we do things.
We need to centralize all our Tasks and Responsibilities so that > We can compare and prioritize them.
We compare and prioritize them by Making Cost BEnefit Analysis against the time We spend Improving. – If an improvement means 5% less work through out the week, then how much is that worth in Trade off?

Note that I currently Dont know where the Managers and Board Stands with this (I know this because they don’t make time for this or they dont take the time to understand this and why when we offer to explain or to show how it helps them with a working demo). They could be supportive because I’m the son of the Owner, but I notice they are highly skeptical.

Note that a Monitoring System Fulfill the ISO Documentation Requirement in an Immediate and Actively Useful way. Its not documenting for the sake of Auditing, but Documenting for the sake of Managing Resources.

the Person who wanted the Company to be ISO 9001 back in the 90s is a mystery. No one here understands how its relevant or how Quality Management theory works except for the QA, the Business Analysts, and the Processes People. This Process or Quality mangement Illiteracy is a halmark of the condition.

My job Plant Operations Director and Quality Management Representative seems so Irrelevant most of the time. I really entertain just quitting and starting life somewhere else where I can work with people I believe in.
No one (most people) really believes planning works in the company, no one believes in studying, no one believes they can out think a problem – they believe they can out-talk a problem but not out-think it.

I’m not the smartest, but I am a team player. Of course if the Team does not value Processes, Methodology, Skills, and Coordination then then I’m basically – The Son of the Owner Given nominal power to make my mom feel like I’m “usefull to the company”.

The thing is: I’ve learned to Work in most of what I study into every little thing I do in my Daily Life. It has made my life make senses, and I dont need to people who will say they understand and go behind my back (or anyone who can explain it to them) and tell my mom I’m crazy or the Monitoring System does not make sense.
