Doubts

Khaneman and Tversky amplified by fear of error, while my process studies via Michael Hammer gave the solution that it should be in a Visible and External Form so I can system-2 where I (we) went wrong and correct.
It goes back to problems being too big for working memory to handle and using paper (documentation) as an aid to work through it in digestible chunks.
Process engineering is programming system-1 to stop and think. The more this happens the more frightening it is to know the limits of working memory and to learn that there such vast swathes of complexity to work through. That as I learn and forget chunks at a time, that I may be forgetting something important as I move to digest the next chunk. To let such a flawed mind graze that huge steppe of knowledge, while being so short sighted lolz.
letting that 10% of my mind that occupies itself with the belief “i dont know what I’m doing” not be too distracting lolz.
