How to differentiate Motivational/Inspirational vs Practical Self Improvement?
This is my Tentative List.
1) Actionable. Its an action or set of actions, or a plan. The plan is a usable template which each section or element having a set of definitions that help make them interchangeable.
2) Is about framing and is psyching up. I’m not sure yet how to measure it, except how I use my time, but if my time is mostly Psyching up instead of a set of actions then it maybe Motivational and not Practical.
3) its testable against other strategies. It identifies measurable output and results.
4) the amount of work to get it right. If its easy then it should have been mastered long ago and a fundamental learning issue. if its seems easy but its hard to practice as a conditioned response or a good habit then it means a lot of work and consistency then it may be Practical.
This is my WIP list. A standard by which I will try to test and keep my strategies. If you have any recommendation and ideas to improve on it I’m open to hearing them.
