each interval is 30sec with 10 second break
jumping jacks to start
wall sit is ok difficulty
Push-ups was very hard for me. I could only make 12
Crunches were ok
Chair Step was ok difficulty
Squats was ok difficulty
Triceps Dip on Chair – I could make only 3-4 it was very hard for me.
Planking was hard
Run with High Knees was easy enough because I’ve been doing running mostly
Lunges was ok
Push-up with Rotation was very hard I could only do about 4 in the time, i had to brace my self to do the rotating each push.
Side-Planking was the hardest because I was not strong enough to do the form
My sweat is all over the place for a total activity that only took 10 minutes.
