Ok, after all my invites it seems people were just being too polite to say no. I guess it didn’t see this blind side coming because when a friend first invited me to play airsoft I gave an honest answer and found myself in the hobby now. A friend I pulled into the hobby got into it the same way, he tried it and loved it.
I can understand the disinterest, I’m a RPGamer I live with constant understanding that 99% of people I meet don’t understand Table Top RPGs. Airsoft is another thing, a lot more people appreciate it. I can say there is 100x the airsoft population to RPG games. In fact there is a huge market for it here in the Philippines.
Although, I don’t get asked to try board games, which i do and decline, because my team and family is priority on the week ends. I don’t get asked to try stuff by other people, so I guess people don’t normally try stuff.
Anyway, so I guess I should keep my invites a simple open one. If they want to play, they better just go to me. Anyway, its more work for me to prep the redundant set of equipment.
