October 26 Game Reflections

Lesson from 

  • I should do more of the basic Gun Familiarity Drills before the others arrive. I will have the Plant make a practice Dummy I can stab on the ground or Stand that meets a lot of typical Target Size and Profile. 
  • I was holding my gun wrong the whole time. By wrong, it was inconsistent in how my cheek welded to the rifle and how the gun lined up. I learned that my collar bone should brace against the lowest part of the butt stock. That despite my cheek mask obstructing my eye from being aligned down the iron sights. 
  • Health wise, my cankersore was really affecting my performance in a nuanced way – eating less, more fatigued, and eventually careless. I got rid of it and there is the relief having no pain there and being able to eat and DRINK normally. 
  • Carelessness, I seem to have lost my area awareness this day. Don’t know why Im not feeling the danger areas as much as I used to. In fact the day began I was a bit off and I cant tell why or how. Well at least I captured it in my notes. Maybe its the XCOM occupying my unconscious or work, now that Im more into it. 
  • its hard to find more people to play with. Especially when everyone is at a different place in their lives, all I can do is game it by advertising my willingness to play with them. Can’t force connections and everyone goes through their life at their own pace, even me. 
  • Tunneling because of  Zombie Again, so KM14-18. I really need to adapt an Opponent I cannot defeat but Evade in my mental programming. I will evade this opponent even if I cannot eliminate him is actually a common obstacle in real life. 
This weeks notes. Since Airsoft is how I express all the other things I do.
  • Oh yeah I’m 162-164lbs now. Any lower and cankersores from bad nutrition and low resistance. Anyway I’ve achieved the “straight” to hips torso I desire, next is upper body build up. My eating habits is scavenger type – no nice meals, except for when with friends and social occassions, but when I can choose goals of 400 calories or less. Now my mental conditioning is not to eat, but remember to eat once in a while and get it over with. 
  • Moving slowly to 16lbs running rig, my running rig is 10lbs currently but I will have to BUILD MY OWN eventually that will accommodate 16-32lbs. Maximum 20% ideal body weight. This conditioning is for my back and core, and I will do this with the only expectation that I go Longer, or Recover Faster. The goal is Basic Army level endurance since I’ll be workiing on this for the rest of my life and hope to hit it by 40 and carefully maintain it. Genetic aptitude in the family history is very minor with Diabetes and heart problems through out both sides. The best I can do is immortalize it in my son with giving him healthier habits and condition him to channel energies in various exercises. To teach him to use Running to Meditate is one big help (running is for meditating is in 4 hour body by Tim Ferris). 
  • Will learn to SEW because after watching videos of guys who DIY their own gear I feel that any DIYer guy should know how to sew. 
  • Will buy more of this mesh. Notice how it looks a bit like CADPAT and its a mesh so I can ear it over the green of my Cadpat combat shirt. 
  • Been using cable ties a lot. Will wrap my guns in these and secure them with cable ties to really distort most of my elements. Its Cheap, 50php, and with adhesive spray can use it to cover my pouches and stuff.
