The fear of Automation Taking away Jobs is real and is a real concern. Funny how “automation” became the villain and the focus. Why is it like that? Why is the automation the focus?

As automation rises, the surplus productivity and profits should not go to the some pockets but looked at the same way we see a negative externality. We need to offset the externality – and thus making it easier to adapt (through education, training and applying the same sophisticated logistics possible now) to funnel skills to the right people and directed to the right industries and pursuits.
Education and Retraining is the Healthcare of a population that becomes professionally obsolete. Its that safety net against the dangers that come with change. Its what protects the population from poverty and the despair and inhuman conditions that result from it.
