Using “Yes And…” in work.

Basically if you follow GTD and require Actionable Concerns and everyone Else Doesn’t Operate in Actionable Items and still live and communicate in a world of Ambiguous Concerns  use the GMing/Storytelling Technique “Yes and” to insert Actionable and Testable requirements to the proposal.
I really HATE Ambigious Concerns. If you have my problem with Distractability and Need to constantly Take 1-2mins to defer a distraction (by writing down notes) then Ambiguous Concerns take up SOOOO MUCH mental ram it should be a SIN/Offense! (lolz). You definitely cannot enforce Actionablity on Others at least you can use GMing skills to Yes AND that shit.

You just used Yes-and to insert actionable items and they still go into Ambigious Uncertain Concerns lolz. Keep their Concerns in the Goals and Constraints (project reference document) where it will do less harm and you can simply pass when they repeat the same unhelpful unactionable useless air filler they call an opinion.  Make sure their name is TIED to their useless concern so that other people can see the pattern. Be sure that the concern is Crossed off in the next consensus building activity.

Typically what happens is that someone will use Useless in-actionable ambiguous and uncertain Concerns to tie up a project to Inactivity by Generating so much noise as possible and fill the lives of everyone else with shallow work.
