At chapter 8 of 12 of the PMBOK PMP study guide, 478 words, probably 8 grammar rules, wrote about 15,000 words of corrective processes and training material, probably at 30,000 words of shared and organized methods and mostly focused on giving people basic problem skills and making all our documentation easy to read and write.
Also helping one person with their English and training 3+ departments. trying to figure out how to bring that down to 2 at the max, by aligning departments in a way that one monitors the others and the one i monitor can easily exhibit risk triggers or leading indicators.
Never monitor more than capacity – but you can create leading indicators systems to help monitor other departments.
