100% npcr 12, 49 items and about 30 mins.
So I built the tones into the exercise.
I need to move into chapter 13. It takes me about 2min per item to start and about 2 more tries to get over the 90s.
Wife is having her nst while I watch and take notes. So even with my attention divided tracking the nst I did well.
