Basically it is the Weight I lost, 10lbs, is back on.
- It was stressful on the knees because of the stride I took.
- I tend to hug my rig since I could not swing my arms.
- It was 0 incline. It was not too tiring.
- I think i will need to do this more to see the difference.
- I plan to make it heavier only after a full physical that I need to understake.
