Globalized World

I find it pretty interesting that my company does international projects. We did fit outs from Tunisia, Costa Rica, Ireland, Qatar, and in the US, but now we have IT projects in Papua NG, Australia, NZ, and few countries I’m researching on. Especially now that the Philippines is in a growth stage.

Its interesting because, I get to learn about a lot of cultures and a lot of peoples. I use economics and all those nerdy skills I have to analyze things from macro to micro and vice versa as we try to analyze where can we fit in or what can we bring in, or what can do.

As much as there are things to worry about like Beliefs/Religion, and Strange Laws, its all pretty exciting and scary. Its a necessary kind of stress to learn to adapt to all these cultures and problem solving your way in these many diverse situations. Learning all this means I have to have adaptive models of thinking, the way Gaming in a Multi-Genre system is very adaptive in how things are and have to draw so much inspiration and best practice from science in being Objective and Flexible.

Just crunching the numbers and data away. Hopefully we find a good opportunity, I’m still studying programming and slowly trying to figure things out because I still believe manufacturing, particularly Open Source Ecology type of smaller sustainable manufacturing Infra systems is the way to go in a future with many uncertainties, better intelligence, and greater need for flexibility.

Stuff and Ideas that come from Sci-fi, but are really thought about by scientists and technologists as they try think and theorize of the dominant strategies that will come about in the near future. This is where business inspires my gaming.

I really should come out with a wiki of Haven and a better map. Ive got so many ideas from work for the games lolz.
